 Our charity services provide only the dental appliance, such as the crown, the bridge or the ceramic. The dentist's fee is not included and we cannot provide the appliance with out a dentist. You have to contact your local dental practice to see if a dentist is available to help you. (Click here to find a dentist)
 Please, Ask your dentist to post your story on our charity board as to why you need our charity's services.
 Our sponsor will contact your dentist to provide the needed services.
 The completed services will be posted on our result board.
* This charity will continue until our sponsors are available.
